Why?
I’ve been working out to lose some weight but It’s all turning into muscle.
The only muscle I really want are abs.
Silly boy.
Ahaha.
I don’t get it.
I’m not like benching or anything.
I’m just doing jogging and pushups.
But not excessive amounts of them. :o
I’m not sure if you realize this but when you do push ups you use your arms..
Haha. I know but I only do like 10 a day.
Maybe no more push-ups are a good idea.
Situps, yea. pushups, maybe not so much.
